We planned a complete line of an automatic L-sealer plus a hot-air shrink tunnel: products are conveyed in, auto-sealed and film-wrapped, shrunk evenly in the tunnel, then delivered to strapping or palletizing.
After the change, wrapping is tight and uniform, throughput rises markedly, and labor is reduced, while the electrical control tunes to product size quickly for multi-SKU production.
