We are a supplier focused on coding and packaging automation, mainly providing inkjet printers (TIJ, CIJ, DOD, high-res UV, high-speed UV), laser coders/markers (CO2, fiber, UV), labeling machines, packaging machines, case erecting/sealing/strapping machines, L-sealers & shrink tunnels, continuous band sealers, vacuum packaging machines, robots & delta arms, automatic case-sealing lines, and various auxiliary packaging equipment.

Please provide: the surface/substrate material (plastic bottle, carton, glass, metal), product dimensions and shape, production speed required, coding content (text, barcode, QR code) and character size, and workshop environmental conditions. Based on these we will recommend the most suitable model and offer sample testing and sizing proposals.

We support printing/marking production date, shelf life, batch number, serial number, expiry date, Chinese & English text, digits, graphics, 1D barcodes and QR codes. Fonts, logos and templates can be imported via the software, with auto-increment and clock synchronization supported.

Machines are easy to operate; most feature touchscreens or PC software with friendly interfaces. Routine maintenance mainly covers regular printhead cleaning, consumable replacement (ink, diluent) or laser cooling checks. We provide training, manuals and remote/on-site technical support.

Yes. Our packaging, case sealing/strapping, sealer/shrink, robots and related equipment can be connected and integrated with existing conveyor lines and flexibly customized to your layout and tact. We have full-line integration experience from single machines to complete lines.

Yes. Based on special product features (irregular shapes, oversized, special processes), we provide non-standard automation equipment and line customization covering mechanical structure, metering, sealing, conveying and fixture design.

We offer machine warranty and comprehensive after-sales service including installation & commissioning, operation training, consumable supply, spare parts, remote diagnostics and field service. Non-human-caused failures within warranty will be handled promptly, plus long-term technical consultation.

We review the process flow on-site or from line drawings, evaluate each station's tact and handoffs, and design a complete layout combining equipment selection, layout, conveyor connections and electrical control, then provide a full-line quotation and implementation plan.

You are welcome to send samples or visit our facility for trials. We can run actual tests of your product on coding, marking, labeling and packaging machines to verify mark quality, packaging effect and efficiency before you place an order.

Most machine control software supports Chinese, English and other languages, convenient for operators worldwide, along with localized settings and documentation for overseas markets.
